The "banda" of the Alpini, the most beloved  military corp in Italy Many of them died in Russia, Albania, etc; now they , especially the old ones,are always  first to reach places where aid is needed, all over the world (for  earthquakes,  tsunami,  floods, famine and so on.

The old men with a scarf and the flag with white and blue stripes have been  prisoners of the nazist camps as Buchendwald, Auschwits and so on.

These old women,  Rina Cantoni and her friend, were very  young partisans.
